Welcome! I am an Ivy-educated attorney with extensive litigation and trial experience in the state and Federal courts of Pennsylvania, New York and California, on both plaintiff and defense sides.
I have learned from long experience the economy and efficiency of mediation over trial. Today I have put aside my armor, underwent the training to become a certified mediator via ADR Services International, LLC, and offer mediation services at competitive rates.
In my career I have been a legal author, lecturer and law professor. In California since 2007, I have been both a member of the plaintiff association CAALA and later became a Board-certified defense trial lawyer with ABOTA.
